Rooster

After the Deer butchering post we are really going to look like carnivores ... we killed a rooster on the weekend and will eat it for dinner tonight.

David had a rooster too, so he did his at the same time.

There was a little bit of squeamishness and lots of laughter.

Followed by Dunking,

Plucking,

Gutting,

Bagging the scrawny rooster, and

Playing with the tendons.
